Diverse Perspectives, a collaboration of local artists, is pleased to present our tenth annual art show and sale supporting the ALS Association, Nevada Chapter. The show takes place in a beautiful Old Southwest garden setting, where guests can explore the art while enjoying the tunes of a strolling fiddler. This year 20+ local artists will showcase handmade jewelry, art glass, photography, paintings, ceramics, printmaking, fiber art and more. Several local authors will also be on hand for book signing.
Many of our artists have a direct connection to the painful realities of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and this fundraiser donates 20% of all proceeds to help ALS of Nevada provide support for families in northern Nevada.
The show is Friday, July 12 from 4-7, Saturday, July 13 from 10-5 and Sunday July 14 from 10 – 3. We’re at 820 California Ave./835 Marsh Ave in Reno’s Old Southwest, with access from both California Ave. and Marsh Ave. It’s free and wheelchair accessible.
